ReguNow is a separate product, built on the engine under kbie Lens, for the reviewers at advertising self-regulators and statutory consumer-protection bodies in India. It has its own console, its own sign-in and its own team, and a person decides every outcome.

What ReguNow does today
- A reviewer files an ad, and an admin can file a sheet of them; the same check reads each one against the rulebooks that apply.
- Each finding names the rule it sits under. The evidence a check captures is the exact bytes that were judged, fingerprinted, with the capture time and the capture method, and it is never edited after the fact.
- A reviewer decides every finding and can add what the check missed.
- The console prepares a notice to the advertiser, which the reviewer sends from their own email and marks as sent. The notice carries a private link where the advertiser replies, and the reply comes back to the reviewer.
What is coming to ReguNow
- Sweeps: reading what is already published, and sealing what is found as evidence.
- Checking that a fix was made, and recording it.
What kbie is not
kbie is an independent provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, accredited by or licensed by any regulator, self-regulatory body or authority.
Questions reviewers ask
- Is ReguNow a separate product from kbie Lens?
- Yes. ReguNow has its own console, its own sign-in and its own team, built on the same engine as kbie Lens. A brand's seat is refused at its door.
- Does ReguNow decide whether an ad breaks the rules?
- No. It lays out each finding, the rule it sits under and the evidence behind it, and a reviewer decides. Findings are preliminary assessments, not a regulatory determination.
- What evidence does it keep?
- The exact bytes a check judged, fingerprinted, with the capture time and the capture method recorded, and never edited after the fact. When a check kept no capture, the report says there is no evidence on record.
- Can the advertiser respond to a notice?
- Yes. The notice a reviewer sends carries a private link, and the advertiser's reply comes back into the console for the reviewer to read.
- Does it watch ads that are already live?
- Not yet. Today a reviewer files an ad, or an admin a sheet of them, for the console to read. Sweeps of what is already published, and checking that a fix was made, are coming.
